Thank you for shopping with Trikann ! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days Free for all orders
Express Shipping 1–3 business days ₹149 flat rate (available only in select cities)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or festivals.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime under My Orders on our website.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver your orders promptly, delays can occur due to:

  • Remote or inaccessible locations

  • Courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays or strikes

We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our support team within 4 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this window may not be possible.
